Call for Papers: Deep Learning Indaba 2026

Deep Learning Indaba 2026 is expanding its Research Track to include full-length, peer-reviewed, indexed papers further elevating globally recognised AI research from Africa. Accepted papers will be published in a special IJCAI volume and presented at the Research in Africa Showcase.

Submissions are invited across core AI areas, with a strong emphasis on research grounded in Africa’s contexts and opportunities. At least one author must be an Africa-based African researcher. One author per accepted paper will receive a complimentary conference pass (priority to Africa-based researchers).
