Cintia Cejas

Cintia Cejas is the Principal Investigator at the Center for the Implementation and Innovation of Health Policies (CIIPS), part of the Institute for Clinical Effectiveness and Health Policy (IECS), a research and advocacy organization based in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

CIIPS develops responsible AI solutions to improve access, care, and quality of sexual, reproductive, and maternal health (SRMH) services across Latin America and the Caribbean. Through the Center for Artificial Intelligence and Health for Latin America and the Caribbean (CLIAS), the team promotes research, builds a regional community of practice, disseminates AI innovations, and supports scalable AI-driven public policy implementation. CLIAS also provides technical and financial support for research, innovation, and the scaling of AI solutions, generating knowledge to strengthen regional health systems and expand access to affordable, locally relevant technologies.
