Infectious diseases continue to test the limits of Nigeria's public health infrastructure. When detection is slow and response systems are fragmented, the consequences fall hardest on the communities least equipped to absorb them.
This project integrates real-time disease signal reporting, machine-learning-based classification, and predictive analytics into a unified system designed to flag threats. An AI-enabled chatbot adds a layer of decision support, helping health officials act on what the data is telling them. Throughout, the initiative is guided by responsible AI principles ensuring that the system strengthens national capacity.
