Overview
Pandemic and epidemic preparedness depends on health systems that can share data quickly, act on it reliably, and earn the trust of the communities they serve. Across many health contexts, fragmented data infrastructure, privacy vulnerabilities, and opaque decision-making tools continue to undermine response efforts.
This project builds an AI architecture that integrates blockchain and IoT technologies to address these gaps directly. Blockchain enables secure, privacy-preserving health data management; IoT supports real-time disease monitoring on the ground; and AI-powered predictive analytics helps public health decision-makers get ahead of outbreaks before they escalate. Transparency and responsible AI use are built into the system's design.
By promoting interdisciplinary collaboration and centering accountability at every layer, the project offers a model for how digital health tools can strengthen the systems and people they are meant to serve.
