Kem is an AI-powered chatbot that provides a safe, judgment-free space for women and men to ask questions about sexually transmitted infections (STIs), offering guidance on awareness, prevention, and treatment to support informed health decisions.

Kem has contributed to increased understanding of AI-related health policies and interventions, with its broader ecosystem helping to save over 52,000 maternal and 31,000 neonatal lives. During user testing, participants described the chatbot as highly educational and informative
